Simply put - 500ml of Australian extra virgin olive oil in a squeezable bottle. Regular oils might not be able to cope with any serious heat in the kitchen, but our "Main Squeeze" has a smoke point of up to 220°C. This makes it an extremely versatile cooking oil.

USE ON

Everything! And we mean... everything. Roast, fry, bake, sauté. Polish off that garden salad that needs an extra bit of zest.

HARVEST

Made from 100% single-origin Australian olives - because Aussies do it best. Sourced from a family owned olive grove in Victoria. Mainly Frantoio varietal. Harvested in August 2023.

FLAVOUR

Fruity notes and a light peppery finish. We'll back this in to compare very favourably to any European oil. Australia has some of the best tasting olives and strictest quality standards of anywhere in the world.

QUALITY

Olive oil is graded on its level of acidity - the lower the better (0.8% is the upper limit). Our "Main Squeeze" is <0.3% so you bet you're getting a top quality EVOO.

AFTER

Squeeze with ease from our bottle made from 100% post consumer recycled plastic (no new plastic was created to make this bottle). Once you're done, pop it in the recycling bin.

REFILLS!

Top up your supply with our easy to use "Side Squeeze" 1L pouches.

All orders are despatched within 24 hours from Melbourne, Australia.

Fresher than your first taste of a winter morning during La Niña. Chuck away the supermarket oil that's been sitting on a ship for months and enjoy EVOO with zest.

  • Seriously Delicious

Think peppery, herbaceous and fruity flavours. Once you taste good quality EVOO pressed within hours of picking, you'll never turn back.

You asked, we're answering...

You bet. Studies have shown you can use olive oil when cooking up 200°C. (Deep-frying is 180°C). Use to cook, saute or fry - or drink, if you so dare.

Yes. It's packed with antioxidants and anti-inflammatories that are good for your health. (Consume in moderation, of course.)

Our 2022 harvest is sourced right here in Victoria, Australia.

Heavy and clunky glass bottles, hiding away in your kitchen cupboard. Stale, from sitting on shipping containers for months. Blended, from multiple sources, in different countries. We could go on but there's a character limit for this answer.

Anything! Cook, drink, drizzle. Good for your hair and skin too. If the door hinges are getting creaky and you can't be bothered with a trip to Bunnings - grab our Main Squeeze and oil away.

Free for all orders over $40. Otherwise it's $4.95 - we've tried to keep this as low as possible.
