3 Ingredient Burnt Peach Ice Cream

How to:

  1. Remove peaches from syrup, freeze syrup in a separate container.
  2. Caramelise/burn peaches with a kitchen torch or under the grill.
  3. Blend with condensed milk and allow mixture to cool in fridge.
  4. Whip cream to stiff peaks.
  5. Gently fold all ingredients together, taking care not to over work and remove air from the mix. Freeze.
  6. Voila! Drizzle with EVOO and a granita made by smashing up peach syrup w a fork.
