3 Ingredient Burnt Peach Ice Cream
A decadent dessert brought to you by our friends at Polly's.
You'll need:
- 600ml tub fresh cream
- 400ml can sweetened condensed milk
- 800g tin peaches in syrup
- Supper Supply Extra Virgin Olive Oil
How to:
- Remove peaches from syrup, freeze syrup in a separate container.
- Caramelise/burn peaches with a kitchen torch or under the grill.
- Blend with condensed milk and allow mixture to cool in fridge.
- Whip cream to stiff peaks.
- Gently fold all ingredients together, taking care not to over work and remove air from the mix. Freeze.
- Voila! Drizzle with EVOO and a granita made by smashing up peach syrup w a fork.
