Easy Peasy Tzatziki

Whether you are responsibly munching away on a carrot or very irresponsibly mowing through a souvlaki at 3AM, this sauce has you covered.
Tzatiki

 

You'll need:

½ cucumber, finely grated
1 ½ cups Greek yoghurt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
very big squeeze Supper Supply Extra Virgin Olive Oil
salt

    How to:

    Scoop out the inside seeds of the cucumber. Then grate & squeeze out any excess moisture.
    Add to a bowl with the yoghurt, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt.
    Enjoy! You can also garnish with some cayenne pepper, dill and more olive oil.
