Creamy Cashew Hummus

With just a handful of ingredients and a food processor, whip up this creamy and tasty dip in minutes.

 Cashew hummus recipe with extra virgin olive oil
Makes a lot of hummus, so maybe make half.
You'll need:    
  1. Soak cashews in water for 2 hours
  2. Add all ingredients into a food processor and blend
  3. As it's being processed, dribble in the olive oil. Make it as runny or tasty as you like.
  4. Spread on a small plate, add more EVOO and throw on some parsley.
