"Main Squeeze" Martini
Our friends at Mami's Bar in Bateman's Bay NSW, have created the smoothest, dirtiest martini. For those that can't get there, we're bringing the recipe to you.
Serves 1 lucky bugger.
You'll need:
- 60ml dry gin (Tara Pot Still)
- 10ml dry vermouth (Regal Rogue Daring)
- 10ml Perelló olive brine
- 3 hefty drops Supper Supply "Main Squeeze" Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 olives
- martini glass
- Add cold booze and brine to mixing glass
- Fill with ice and stir for 20 seconds
- Strain into cold as heck martini glass
- Drop in olives
- Squeeze in 3 hefty drops of Supper Supply
